If there’s any fact Patricia wants you to know about her, it’s that she’s a true New Yorker–born and bred. She has lived in the Big Apple her entire life and is proud to call this city her home. Patricia’s love for real estate started early on since her mother was a real estate agent for over 50 years. For as long as she could remember, real estate was one of the main topics at the dinner table. But before joining her mother in the fold and becoming an agent, Patricia worked for many high-end companies in fashion and design. She was a home design consultant at Tory Burch and Anthropologie, an editor at Harper’s Bazaar, and the Director of Licensing at Calvin Klein. Following in her mother’s footsteps, Patricia has made her mark in the real estate world, earning many industry recognitions, including Rookie of the Year and Platinum Level in Sales. Along with her real estate credentials, Patricia also holds a Bachelor’s in Art History from Wheaton College.
For buyers and sellers trying to navigate New York City’s dynamic real estate market, it can be an overwhelming experience. That’s why it is essential to work with an agent who knows the market from the inside out. With her extensive knowledge of local market conditions, neighborhoods, and different co-ops, working with Patricia takes the worry out of finding the right property. For clients who are ready to sell, Patricia brings her keen design eye and cutting-edge marketing tools to the table, earning her clients top-dollar for their listings. Patricia facilitates sales and rentals throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, specializing in condos, coops, new developments, and townhouses.
Beyond carrying her family’s real estate legacy, Patricia lives life to the fullest here in New York City. She serves on the board of many organizations, including the Salisbury School, the Young President’s Organization, and the Cancer Support Community. She is also the proud mother of two adult sons. In her spare time, Patricia enjoys visiting art galleries, playing tennis, skiing, hiking, practicing yoga or pilates, and traveling.
